Bizarre but cool. The rulebook speaks of such incredible looking Imperial cities but I never thought of anything like this. Excellent work!

Minor nitpick: "it's" is a contraction for "it is." "Its" is the possessive form of "it." I seem to remember seeing this in SOTI as well.
